Obesity is a condition in which the body experiences excessive fat accumulation due to an imbalance in energy intake (energy intake) with the energy used (energy expenditure) for a long time. Obesity in person is a bad thing for health. People with obesity can be susceptible to various diseases such as decreased fertility rates, risk of developing gallstones, to coronary heart attacks.

  2. Consuming a nutritionally balanced diet and containing a source of calcium
  3. Limiting consumption of food that contains high sugar, fat salt, and high sodium

Obesity is one of the factors that cause disease in a person. Improving the quality of life, especially for the elderly, can reduce the risk of getting diseases that are harmful to the body.

Continue to apply the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and immediately examine the nearest health service facility if you experience symptoms of illness so that you can immediately get treatment quickly and appropriately.
