Commemorating Kartini Day, the Ministry of Health's DWP Holds a Ramadhan Bazaar, Donations to Orphans, and Al-Quran Waqf

Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of the Ministry of Health held a series of Ramadhan Bazaars, subsidized cooking oil, distribution of zakat, donations to orphans, and Al-Quran waqf in Siwabessy Auditorium, Ministry of Health on Friday (22/4).

This event was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (PT SMART) to celebrate the month of Ramadan as well as Kartini Day which is commemorated every April 21.

"Alhamdulillah, in this month of Ramadan as well as celebrating Kartini Day, the DWP of the Ministry of Health held a bazaar, subsidized cooking oil, distribution of zakat, donations for orphans, waqf of the Koran," said Mrs. Ida Budi Gunadi Sadikin.

Located in the courtyard of the Sujudi Building, the Ramadhan bazaar was attended by around 30 booths, for the distribution of subsidized cooking oil, 3000 liters were allocated, compensation for orphans, orphans, and orphans was given to 65 people, and zakat distribution was around 23 million rupiahs.

“It is an honor for us to be invited to work together to provide subsidized cooking oil and waqf of the Qur'an. This is extraordinary, I thank PT Sinar Mas, God willing, this will be useful, "he added.

With the holding of a series of Ramadan bazaars today, Mrs. Ida hopes that these good activities can be an inspiration for the DWP of the Ministry of Health to continue to carry out social activities that are beneficial to many people.

Sinar Mas Managing Director, Saleh Husein hopes that the subsidized cooking oil bazaar can help meet the needs of the Ministry of Health's PPNPN for cooking oil.

"Thank you for the cooperation opportunity given by the Ministry of Health so that we can hold a cooking oil bazaar, hopefully, what we do is blessed by Allah SWT," he said.
