The discipline of healthy living behavior is very important to do. Because with healthy behavior doing physical activity every day, a person can have a healthy and fit body. In addition, it can also make the body avoid various dangerous diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension.

In practice, the discipline of healthy living can be started with easy things, one of which is by routinely doing light physical exercise/sports that are adapted to body condition, age, and also the advice of a doctor.

Types of Physical Exercise at Home

The following are various light exercises that can be done independently at home, including:

  1. Brisk walking around the yard/indoor for 30-45 minutes/day
  2. Up and down stairs at home for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Playing hula hoops
  4. Wall push-ups
  5. Squat
  6. Jumping jacks

Application of Healthy Living Behavior

By applying the light physical exercises mentioned above, it is hoped that it can provide health for the body and prevent various diseases.

In addition, don't forget to be supported by other healthy lifestyle behaviors such as consuming healthy and nutritious food, getting enough sleep, and avoiding various unhealthy activities such as smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages and high sugar.
