This Circular Letter from the Ministry of Health addresses the acceleration of issuing Sanitation Hygiene Compliance Certificates (SLHS) for Nutritional Provision Service Units (SPPG) involved in the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program. The MBG program aims to improve the nutritional status of schoolchildren, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers, with food safety being a critical factor.
Every SPPG is required to possess an SLHS. For SPPGs that were already operational before the issuance of this circular letter but have not yet obtained an SLHS, they must secure the certificate no later than one month from the date the circular letter is published.
