The Ministry of Health is seeking 5 (five) qualified professionals to join the Coordinating Project Management Unit (CPMU) for the CARE-I Project. Below are the specific position vacancies and qualification requirements:

| 1 | Team Leader (1 person) | Master’s Degree (S2) in Public Health / Financial Management | Minimum 5 years of project management experience (preferably in the health sector), team leadership capabilities, and cross-sector coordination skills. |
| 2 | M&E Officer (1 person) | Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Public Health / Statistics | Minimum 3 years of health-related M&E experience, proficiency in results-based monitoring, and expertise in data analysis software (Stata/SPSS). |
| 3 | IT Officer (1 person) | Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT / Information Systems / Informatics / Computer Science | Minimum 3 years of software development experience, proficient in PHP/Go/Python/Node.js, and skilled in RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL). |
| 4 | Finance Verificator (1 person) | Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics | Minimum 3 years of experience in financial verification/auditing, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and taxation. |
| 5 | SGE Specialist (1 person) | Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Social Sciences / Public Health / Sociology / Gender Studies / Environmental Studies | Minimum 3 years of experience managing social, gender, and environmental/HSE (K3) safeguards in development projects. |
Preferred Advantage: Prior work experience with international organizations, donors, or international lenders will be highly prioritized as an added value across all vacancies listed above.
